Sunday

My first game of badminton after 2 years!!! Result? 3 days of muscle pain T_T Well it's a good game so i dont mind suffer abit..=D pss....lots of guy~ but tak cute ==" Monday Neighbour JiaLi's birthday on 2nd June, which is Tues, so bro decided to bake a cake for her. How sweet kan. It's his first time le.....It turn out to be a perfect success...well course la got a pro teaching him. *flick hair~* ehm ehm~ =p

Monday

Muscle pain all day...so facing camp all day ni =p

Tuesday

Directly at 12am, bro and i send the cake over. Suprise her with the cake while she's stil in her pajamas xD Along with the parents, we have some photo session (photo with them + bday gal purposly go change to take pic), bday song singing, cake cutting etc etc......MAKAN~

The mom made us some honey lemon drink, snack arround with some fruits and tid bits. Well of course the bday cake. That cake simply just pass everyone's taste! Its justso so fa-bu-las~ =D

At night...after dinner....with the left over cream...I made quiche~ Tuna and bell pepper quiche. Yummmm~ =p


Wednesday

Stil the same.....wake-eat--shit-game-sleep! stone kao day la in other words.

Oh ya...i started poker this day. Facebook Taxes Heold'em Poker. Quite addictive for gambler =p
Met a bunch of friends intro by weiren...He pro weihh~


Thursday

Made baked fish for dinner.

Accompaniments - blanch asparagus and carrot stick with hollandaise sauce

Lesson learned:
1. NEVER buy skinny asparagus. U'll get a hell out of peeling them @@
2. Add more lemon juice to hollandaise. If not u'll taste only butter-ish.


Friday

Baked carrot cake (mom wanna try...which it turned out failed this time due to wrong measurement of oil T_T) and brownie for dinner...as dessert (recipe from lcb....frankly...to me....not so ncie =/ I'l try again next time to improve it).

Steamboat dinner with neighbour starting 8+pm. A range of fish/meatballs (as usual), fish (talapia i think), prawn, bean curd skin with/without filling, pork intestine (yark...=/ ) and lots of vege variety.

Yeah homemade fried chicken....it's also finger licking good yeh~~~

2 bottles of wine completed our meal - BIN 9 carbenet and BIN555 shiraz

After the main course - steamboat - and a couple glass of wine...here comes the super camwhore + joke time~

Finale...me and JiaLi~

Bro and our neighbour kids - JiaLi and JiaJing - attended Cambridge English. So....Jiali started with..."eh how u pronounce Stupid correctly?" which turns out to be 'stiupid'. Bro tak puas hati....so he came out with a few more, such as "vegetable", "restaurant", "photographer" and "pronounciation". It's just so funny to see both of them fight to read it right xD

After some lmao session, here comes the brownie and shots of warm bailey. Oh yes...u heard me...WARM bailey!!!



Here's how to do it and drink it right:
1. Pour a shot of neat bailey into a shot glass.
2. Dip the glass 1/3 way in hot water to warm the bailey up, for about 1 minute or 2.
3. Take a (i wouldnt say mouthful...its hard to swallow) big sipping of it and hold it in ur mouth for...well 5-10sec depending how long can u last it.
4. Experience the aroma in ur mouth...with ur tongue....then swallow =DDD

What's the feel/sensation/experience???? Super tingling sensation on ur tongue..along with burning. Its not horrible at all..in fact....its some experience one would never get with any other liqueur. Feeling is hard to explain laaaa...

Go give it a try! Try it when u can lay ur hand on any bailey or i think any irish cream or coffee liqueur will do just good.

That's how ur face will look like once the bailey is in ur mouth xD

Wokay...i feel dizzy and light headache now. Guess it's the after effect of too much alco @@ mew~~

Penang Food Tour~

Yupp..that's the previous food trip they went last year. THEY WENT WITHOUT ME~~~~~
And that's HD ice cream fondue~~~ mew~

PS: To those friends in KL, who wished to go food trip in Penang, provide me free meal throughout that day and a car to drive will do ^^
