Phew~ What a weekend. Loaded with assignments to hand in next week and assestments to study as well. Anyhow just a short update. Yet another kitchen class has passed. Did fairly better compared to the previous week even though was not really prepared and all.
Didnt do any research at all, just went into the kitchen and slam few items and voila!
Made a dish with the following items. Rack of Lamb with Persillade, Tomato Confit, Stewed Carrots, and Couscous served with the awesome curry flavoured sauce, which Lin made.
I think next week I shall pass on going to 7th floor, Im really really broked already. LOL..
and pretty much, it will be a very busy week ahead.
