Long hours, Long classes. Damn. 830 - 730pm today was more tiring than working 8 hours a day =p. Literally.
Must be the pool, 12 rounds in 1 hour half. Tiring~
Anyway, had a few number of classes today, and striked up a few funny things to give thought about. Particularly french.
For words like classique, magnifique, unique and so one, Its pronounced in French as eg: Clas-sik. The "que" would sound like a K, but if you think of it, putting aside the difference in language, then barbeque leh? Its pronounced barbe"Q" soooooo why not classi-Q Magnifi-Q and uni-Q?
Had pastry class at the end of the day. Made Creme Caramel (again), Creme Brulee (again), Passionfruit Bavarion (something new), and some pot the chocolate which seems like chocolate creme brulee to me following the recipe methods. Basically, an all custard day, eat until dont want to eat edi =/.
